Refund Policy

We support independent artisans who put time and effort into their work, so refunds are limited.Refunds are only granted in cases where the seller is unable to fulfill your order.If your order arrives damaged or defective, you may be eligible for a replacement or store credit (see Return & Exchange Policy).Refunds are processed through Stripe in accordance with their policies.

Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy

CancellationsYou may request a cancellation within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund.After 24 hours, cancellations are at the seller’s discretion unless the order has not yet been processed.Returns & ExchangesYou have 14 days from the delivery date to request a return or exchange (unless the item is final sale—see below).Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition for a return or exchange to be considered.No returns or exchanges on:Sale items (anything purchased at a discount).Customized or personalized items (including made-to-order products).If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact the seller within 48 hours of delivery with photo evidence to discuss a resolution.If an issue cannot be resolved directly with the seller, Immibrand may step in to ensure fair resolution under marketplace policies.
