How does pricing work?
Immibrand offers four fixed-fee pricing plans that grow with you as your collection evolves:
- Phase 1 (Free): Up to 20 products
- Phase 2 ($9/month): Up to 50 products
- Phase 3 ($69/month): Up to 100 products
- Phase 4 ($199/month): Up to 500 products
Each phase is designed to support you as your work gains traction and your catalog expands.
What does the platform fee cover?
The platform fee is Immibrand’s share of each sale, a small percentage that helps keep the marketplace running smoothly for everyone. It covers hosting, maintenance, transaction processing, software updates, and ongoing improvements that make your store possible.
It’s not a hidden cost or an extra charge; it’s simply how we share value for the infrastructure, visibility, and support that help your work reach its audience.
Why is the platform on a sliding percent?
The sliding scale lets newer makers keep more from their early sales while asking a bit more from larger sales that benefit most from Immibrand’s reach, infrastructure, and visibility. It’s a way to share value proportionally, supporting growth without penalizing it.
It’s also a quiet encouragement for your brand to grow beyond the platform once your sales begin to stand on their own.
Is there a long-term commitment?
Nope. You’re never locked into a long-term commitment. Plans are billed monthly, and you can cancel anytime. If you’re on the Phase 4 plan, you can request a complimentary check-in every third consecutive month to ensure everything’s going smoothly.
Can I switch plans?
Yes! You can switch plans once per month, whenever your needs change. However, please note that Phase 4 cancellations require a 45-day notice to avoid your website going down if you’re migrating elsewhere.
Payments & Fees
How do I get paid?
Immibrand uses Stripe Connect for payment processing, which means your sales are automatically calculated, and your earnings are deposited into your bank account every 7 days.
Can I offer discounts?
Yes, you can create coupons and discounts specific to your store, which is a great way to incentivize sales and attract customers.
What payment methods are accepted?
Immibrand accepts all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, AMEX), as well as Apple Pay and Google Pay.
Can I sell digital products?
Yes! You can sell e-books, print downloads, and PDFs. However, the product must be a final, usable product, not templates or digital designs meant for resale.
Are there transaction fees?
Nope. Immibrand does not charge any additional transaction fees beyond the platform fee. You only pay the platform fee when you make a sale.
Can I sell a service?
Services are not directly listed on the platform, but you can build rapport with your audience and offer custom services as part of your brand. Just note that services are not a core part of the Immibrand platform outside a comment box for shoppers at checkout.
Do I need to handle taxes?
Yes, you’re responsible for handling your own taxes, including Form 99 reporting for contractors. Stripe will email you your tax reports to file.
What happens if there’s a dispute with a customer?
If a seller and buyer can’t come to an agreement, I’ll step in as a mediator. I strive to ensure that issues are resolved fairly and quickly.e, which is a great way to incentivize sales and attract customers.
Storefront & Listings
Is the storefront easy to use?
Yes! The interface is intuitive, and I provide tutorials to guide you through the process of setting up and optimizing your storefront. It’s designed to be as simple as possible, with all the tools you need to succeed.
How do I know which products to list on Immibrand?
Immibrand’s platform is designed to help you curate your collection thoughtfully. The encouragement is starting with your best-selling or most unique products.
Focus on quality, not quantity. This also ties into my philosophy of encouraging growth in a mindful way, rather than overwhelming your audience with too many options from the start.
Can I customize my storefront?
Absolutely! You can personalize your storefront and product descriptions to match your brand’s identity. I’ll also share best practices for optimizing your listings and growing your brand on Immibrand.
What is the product limit meant to do for my store?
The product limit isn’t just about restricting your listings—it’s about encouraging you to focus on your best products and build an intentional, curated storefront. It also helps prevent the platform from being overwhelmed by bad actors and spammy listings, ensuring a better shopping experience for all and an environment that nurtures your brand.
How does Immibrand support me in growing my brand beyond the marketplace?
While Immibrand provides built-in marketing tools to help you gain visibility, it emphasizes organic growth. The goal is to help you reach an engaged community that supports your brand, and from there, you can direct traffic to your own website or beyond Immibrand as your business scales.
What happens if I reach my product limit?
If you’re on a higher plan and hit your product limit, you can expand your listings by upgrading to the next tier. But the goal is not just to sell more, it’s to grow your brand more meaningfully and sustainably.
I don’t want to create a race to list endless products but rather to build authentic connections with your customers. Consistently selling out your limit is also a great metric to decide when to upgrade and reliably grow as a brand.
What happens when I’m ready to move beyond Immibrand?
The beauty of Immibrand is that even once you’re ready to scale beyond it, it’s not leaving you behind. The Phase 4 plan includes an optional, full WooCommerce website that acts as a springboard to continue growing your brand with full design flexibility and a proven audience that can support you more directly. You’ll still get the benefits of the engaged audience, while having complete control over your online presence.
Support & Customer Service
What happens if I report a policy violation?
If you notice a violation of Immibrand’s policies, you can report it, and I’ll review and mediate the situation. I’m committed to maintaining a fair and ethical marketplace.
How do I connect with support?
You can message support directly from your storefront dashboard. I’m here to help, whether it’s a technical issue or a question about growing your brand.
Can I get a refund?
There are no refunds from Phase 1 to Phase 3 plans, as the Free plan lets you try the platform risk-free. However, the Phase 4 plan has a 30-day money-back guarantee, no questions asked.
How are customer reviews managed?
You can manage customer reviews directly from your dashboard. It’s your space to engage with customers and ensure they have a great experience.
Policies & Legal
Do I need to agree to any terms before selling?
Yes, before you can list your products, you’ll need to agree to Immibrand’s terms and conditions. It’s all about making sure you understand the platform’s policies and your responsibilities as a seller.
Who owns the intellectual property rights to my products?
You retain full rights to your work as long as it’s your original creation. Immibrand is not liable for facilitating the sale of any items that infringe on intellectual property rights. If a copyright claim arises, Immibrand reserves the right to take action, including removing the listing or suspending the seller’s account.
What happens if my account is suspended or terminated?
Immibrand reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate platform policies. Specific terms regarding suspensions and terminations are outlined in the legal agreement. Always make sure to comply with the rules to avoid any issues.
