Each handmade book is a singular object, crafted from reclaimed materials that carry traces of their previous lives. The 10 sheets folded into 40 pages measure 4" × 6", a compact format that invites close attention and gentle handling.
The pages are formed from discarded paper: unpaid bills, old sketches, and memories of a bitter ex, combined with pruned leaves and natural debris from my garden. The pulp dries up; however, it chooses to imprint itself on each sheet. No two pages are alike: fibers settle differently, small inclusions drift into place unpredictably, and subtle textures appear where you might least expect them.
The pages are saddle-stitched by hand with beeswaxed Brazilian cord, giving the book a durable, tactile spine while preserving the intimacy of handmade craft. Within the fibers, faint marks of past life are an accidental collage as your starting point.
Each book is discreetly signed as proof of authenticity without distracting from your work.
