Immibrand only offer reprints or replacements for faulty or lost orders. Only if there are subsequent issues with the replacement will a refund be provided.
If the shipment details were incorrect, or the wrong size, print or color was ordered, Immibrand is not responsible and will not offer replacements or refunds.
However, if the wrong size, print, or color was delivered, please let us know as soon as possible to be eligible for a replacement.

- Wait for our response. We make sure to reply within 24 business hours. We’ll provide instructions for the returns procedure.
Shipments outside of the continental United States may incur customs fees depending on your country of residence. The fee may vary depending on your order value, country limits, and other factors.
