Jorge Alberto Negrete Moreno, or in short, Jorge Negrete, was a Mexican singer and actor part of the famous trio Tres Gallos Mexicanos, alongside Pedro Infante and Javier Solís.
He started singing in the radio in Mexico City in the 1930s, but quickly found himself acting in films like "La Madrina del Diablo", "La Valentina", and "Juntos pero no revueltos". His acting career took him to Havana and Hollywood, but it was his performance in the Mexican film "¡Ay Jalisco, no te rajes!" that made him an international Latin star and established the charro film genre.
He was part of the Mexican artistic elite, founding the Mexican Artists Association alongside Cantinflas and having been married to icon María Félix. Both his acting endeavors and his singing of rancheras as part of los Tres Gallos Mexicanos, cemented Negrete as one of the greatest Mexican artistic figures of his time.
This wall art of Jorge Negrete is filled with the charm and nostalgia of a bygone era that continues to bring joy and inspire.
